Louise has worked at Whitney Blake for 7 years and as a QC Technician, she’s part of the quality team working hard to make sure products meet customer demands and specifications.

The job requires a deep understanding of the design and how it relates to the manufacturing process. QC Technicians share that knowledge between customers and assemblers to ensure the product passes testing and the customer receives what they need.

“Structure and compassion are needed in Quality Control to help guide our products and assemblers from the time they enter our doors to the time they leave.”

Louise actively trouble shoots and creates preventative actions to deter repeat errors. In essence, customers rely on QC Technicians like Louise to make sure they get what they asked for.

Louise applies her goal-setting and work-hard mentality outside of work as well. As an avid hiker, she has a goal to hike New Hampshire’s 4,000’ Toppers – that’s 50 mountains over 4,000” tall! Louise also likes to swim and is a supporter and advocate for Turning Points Network and Wise.
